The second Multichannel Summit took place on Wednesday, November 11th, from 12:30–5:00 pm and started with lunch. Afterwards there was the the opportunity to discuss specific topics while having refreshments. The location of the event was the Amsterdam Arena.

Klinkt goed maar ook niet. Hoop dat er wat meer cross-channel elementen ter sprake komen dan ik uit de promo kan opmaken. Zal me overigens wel laten vertegenwoordigen.

Er komen met name de online kanalen aan bod – dat klopt. Daarnaast zal aandacht worden besteedt aan e-mail marketing (vanuit het PIM) en zal een expert op het gebied van mCommerce een power-slot presenteren waarin kort de laatse trends in worden genoemd.
